Job Description

• Responsibilities of the Candidate :
• Perform daily QC checks (as per target defined)
• Analyze the trends of errors and prepare reports accordingly to gauge the performance of the team and the catalog processes
• Attend to ad hoc requests/queries within defined TAT
• Daily FTP reports gauging the performance of the Catalog processes
• Train QCs and new hires on an ongoing basis, so as to achieve pre-defined quality standards. Be responsible for the team FTP to a large extent
• Resolve customer issues which involve coordinating with different departments, investigating and correcting them to maintain the quality of the catalog
• Propose/implement projects aimed at improving Myntra Catalog Quality

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Should be able to maintain an objective opinion
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Ability to multitask and eager to add to their knowledge base
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Foresight- ability to refine the current process and implement new ideas to increase the efficiency of the team
