Job Description

  • RESPONSIBILITIES- :

    • Run planning operations and support or lead excellence initiatives in the planning department.
    • Perform regular S&OP calls
    • Ensuring on-time and optimum supply of inventory in the India and subsequent timely replenishment of inventory to spoke DCs and external customers so as to meet and exceed revenue commitments.
    • Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets by SKU based on service level objectives, and replenishment lead times.
    • Minimize working capital costs by identifying opportunities to decrease finished goods inventory while delivering against service level objectives.
    • Work closely with regional and global supply chain functions and other functions (as needed) to support all new product launches and product transitions while achieving performance targets on service level, working capital, and business waste.
    • Monitor and analyse of key KPI’s and financial data to identify performance and cost improvement opportunities and execute them
    • Implement an effective structure/mechanism to collaborate with global, regional and local stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with other functions within the APAC Planning Centre of Excellence (CoE) so as to deliver on various improvement initiatives
    • Identify and manage improvements in line with the Planning Strategy for APAC that is aligned with the Global Supply Chain strategies and supports the APAC sub-regions to obtain excellence in perfect order fulfillment, cost leverage and sustained productivity, collaborative & innovative strategic partnerships and continuous process improvements.
    • All other duties as assigned by manager

    QUALIFICATIONS for Medtronic Hiring Freshers

  • Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Power BI,etc.

Job Description

  • Develop tests for custom medical device applications by creating Test Design/Analysis and Test Implementation/Procedure for the verification of software requirements.  Perform test execution and deliver medical device related Design History File documentation.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES-

    • Analyze, understand, and review product requirements.
    • Estimate effort and duration of tasks and develop and execute plans and strategies to complete the work on time.
    • Interface with product owners and software developers to clarify expected software behavior.
    • Design and execute tests using automated test tools, as well as manual test development process, for the verification of software requirements.
    • Establish and maintain traceability from software requirements to verification test design and implementation.
    • Participate in the technical review of verification tests and results.
    • Assist scrum team with debugging and solving issues discovered during test.
    • Prepare, review, submit, and maintain project/product documentation.
    • Principal Working Relationship
    • Reports to the Engineering Manager
    • Working closely with global stakeholders, test engineers, developers, and Systems engineers to fully understand the architecture and design.
    • Interface with product owners and software developers to clarify expected software behavior.
    • Participate in the technical review of verification tests and results.
    • Assist scrum team with debugging and solving issues discovered during test.
    • Collaborate and coordinate activities with globally distributed teams, ensuring overall product quality.

    QUALIFICATIONS for Medtronic Hiring Freshers

  • B.E/M.E in Engineering with 0-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with one or more of the following programming languages: C#, .NET,  Java,  C++, Python.
  • Hands on experience using BDD test tools\ frameworks SpecFlow, Selenium, Cucumber(Gherkin).
  • Experience in analyzing requirements and defining test cases.
  • Experience in developing test automation tools and frameworks with hands on technical and programming skills.
  • Experience developing automated tests.
  • Understanding of one or more of the following tools: Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Test Manager, Azure DevOps,Test Hub
  • Experience in Software/Test framework Design & architecture
