Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities :
- Install, deployment and configuration of ION software on Amazon VMs.
- Create load balancers. Install ION software on CentOS VMs.
- Troubleshoot ION integration issues with Infor products.
- Work with customers, internal ICS and Support teams to resolve customer issues.
- Troubleshoot application issues.
- Work with customers and internal development teams for the adoption of ION, Data Lake Conduct WebEx meetings to help the adoption of products.
- Work proactively to reduce the turnaround time. Work as a SAAS administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS for Infor Hiring Freshers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field software development lifecycle
- Java; J2EE, Amazon VM creations; ELBs; S3 and SQS; database skills in native SQL.
- Debugging skills to troubleshoot issues using Wireshark,
